Entries are now open for the Fleet and Industry categories in the prestigious What Van? Awards 2024 on Wednesday 6th December 2023, and we’re delighted to announce that the Driving for Better Business Programme is again supporting these awards as a main sponsor for the Risk Management Award.
The ceremony will be taking place at the Hilton London Bankside on Wednesday 6th December 2023 and will recognise success across a range of areas in the UK’s light commercial vehicle industry.
The What Van? Awards assembles an experienced panel of independent judges from across the LCV sector to evaluate the entrants. The categories evolve from year to year to cover changing trends and developments across the light commercial vehicle industry.
Awards include Fleet Manager of the Year, Van of the Year and What Van? Hall of Fame Award.
Road Risk Management
Driving for Better Business will again be sponsoring the risk management award.
In this category the judges will be looking for companies or organisations that have driven up safety procedures and gone the extra mile to ensure their light commercial vehicles operate on the right side of the law. The product / service nominated must demonstrate it has excelled in protecting its assets and, most importantly, its workforce, by raising best-practice standards for road risk management beyond the bare minimum of checking employees’ driving licences and ensuring vehicles are taxed and have a valid MOT certificate.
Entries must be no longer than 750 words, not including case studies.
There are a number of other manufacturer, industry and headline awards, and entries must be submitted by 29th September 2023.
