Clancy Group, parent company of contractor Clancy Docwra, has become the latest Business Champion for the Driving for Better Business Campaign.
Colin Knight, Head of Fleet Safety Management & Compliance at The Clancy Group, thoroughly deserves this award for the work he has done in bringing down both collisions and costs within the Clancy fleet. A lot of his focus has been on collating and analysing data about fleet activity so that interventions could be precisely targeted to get the most effective benefits.
His key achievements include a 20% reduction in own-fault claims and a 20% improvement in driver scoring, with additional reductions in damage costs and fuel use.
