- Enter Full Year Data for Your Fleet
  Please ensure that you are entering a full 12 months of data in the following fields, to ensure that the calculations are valid and that the benchmarking is meaningful.
- Average Number of Vehicles
  As the size of the fleet may fluctuate throughout the year, enter the average number of vehicles that you had on the fleet for the year in question.
- Total Annual Mileage
  Enter the total mileage for your fleet. This data may be available from your leasing provider, maintenance records or expense claims.

- Total Number of Claims & Repairs
  Enter the total number of claims & uninsured repairs recorded for your fleet. Be sure to include all claims, even those below any excess or deductible you have in place, to ensure that the benchmarking is meaningful. Please include all claims, even things like Damaged Whilst Parked and windscreen / glass damage.
- Total Cost of Claims & Repairs
  Enter the total cost of all claims & uninsured repairs for your fleet. If there are any unsettled claims for the year that you are entering data for then please use the insurer's 'reserved costs' figures. Make sure to add any excess / deductible costs, if applicable, to the overall figure.
